Questions

Can I change the keys?

No, on purpose. Kanary is opinionated about the keys, so they stay easy to remember and you actually use them. Moving takes two, and resizing and fitting each add one more. You only choose US/ANSI or JIS.

Why does Kanary need Accessibility permission?

macOS asks the first time. It lets Kanary move the window under the pointer and notice the keys you set up, like an app hotkey.

Can I keep window gestures out of an app?

Yes. Add the app in Settings. When the window under the pointer belongs to it, the keys pass through, so the app's own modifier drags keep working.

Can I put a window back the way it was?

Yes. After a snap, hold the same keys and drag the window down, or press the down arrow, and it returns to its size before.

Does it work with a mouse and a trackpad?

Both. Hold the keys and move the pointer. No click is needed.
